We are delighted to welcome the newest member of our office, Mr. Javier García González, a lawyer with extensive experience, not only in the areas our practice has been developing for many years, but also in new fields.
His incorporation to the firm will strengthen our professional services, including commercial and tax law and anything concerning the legal, financial and fiscal necessities of companies.
Through our professional association with Mr. García González , we can now offer services such as ‘Arbitration and Mediation’, which in recent times has gained greater relevance in conflict resolution and results in less need for lengthy and costly legal proceedings through the court system.
With Mr. García González joining our practice, we will also be able to offer clients Family Law Protocol to facilitate company inheritance, company compliance and criminal responsibility and ethical corporate governance. We also offer high quality service in the area of Construction law, as well as up-to-the-minute areas of importance, involving the latest Communication and Technology, ‘blockchain’, ‘smart contracts’ and data protection, all of which have seen a proliferation in recent times and have significant implications for both companies and individuals.
In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. García González also has considerable teaching experience at two of Barcelona’s most renowned universities, the University of Barcelona and University Pompeu Fabra, as a lecturer in Tax Law. He has also given courses, conferences and seminars on many Masters and Postgraduate programmes, in tax law, corporate law and family law protocol, to name a few.
We are firmly convinced that with all his experience, personality and ability to present clear and rational arguments in any legal matter, Mr García González will be a worthy addition to our practice.
